Join us at The Seed Farm, rain or shine, for our annual Spring Plant Sale!
Choose from 200+ varieties of locally grown vegetables, herbs, flowers, and native plants. Our starter plants are non-GMO, pesticide-free, and grown without synthetic chemicals. Knowledgeable staff and volunteers will be on-site to provide info on how to keep your plants thriving this season!
RAIN BARREL

Penn State Extension Master Watershed Stewards will teach you how to construct your own rain barrel and delve into topics such as stormwater management and best practices, the anatomy of a rain barrel, maintenance tips, and how to properly connect it to your downspout. This event offers the opportunity to not only learn about the advantages of rain barrels but also to construct your own to take home! Whether you're keen on conserving water, controlling stormwater, lowering your water bill, or nurturing your lawn and garden, a rain barrel can make a significant difference.
Don't miss this chance to embrace sustainability and enhance your property's environmental impact! This workshop promises to empower you with practical knowledge and tangible solutions.
No previous experience is required to participate. The workshop fee includes a plastic 55-gallon drum and all the necessary parts and assistance to build a rain barrel. Register through Penn State Extension here:
